Out and About

This past weekend was a bit of a production...

We went to Vertigo Sky Lounge, Sunda, then off to Underground. So much fun and met a ton of great people with amazing style. My favorite is this ridiculously amazing look below:

While catching a break outside of Underground, I spotted this doll and had to take a pic. Not the best quality, damn blackberry, but trust me on this one, it was amazing. She paired a simple pair of lightweight wool pleated shorts that were high-waisted, and then added an incredible silk button-up. My favorite part was that she knotted the blouse instead of tucking it in. Genius! She look so cool, super current with just enough old fashion feel, and exuded confidence. Love it.

So Proud

Get it LaLohan! So proud that you are on the cover of GQ's german issue of this month publication. You look hot, and don't worry, I will still be your biggest fan when you leave jail.

Trend Alert - Polka Dots

So there is a good start for you, but the moral of the story...wear Polka Dots. Mix and match them, wear them with stripes, throw all rules out of the window, except for the one that says wear them!

4th of July

                        America

America by The Dailey Dish

Alight, it's the 4th of July today, and I expect you all to be as patriotic as possible, but by all means, don't you dare run to the local Old Navy and buy that horrid $5 tee with a flag screen print. There are multiple options for you to slip into on our country's birthday. Try those breton stripes I have been screaming about, or maybe just a red lip and navy shirt, get crazy, buy the Givenchy flats with stars and studs. Take your pick, just please promise me this, there will be no screen printed flag tees....thanks!

Sunday Splurge

To everyone's relief, my Birthday week is officially over. Sad day, I know; however, the past week was filled with fun and debauchery, as noted by no posting, but all in all, it was a great week. That being said, I apologize for no Sunday Splurge, but I have made up for it, by one of the best Monday Splurges ever. As I mentioned on Saturday, gold is everything right now, and I am loving these Two-Some, and sometimes Three-some rings. Not sure how comfy they would be, or confining, but I say it is worth a shot, and for $34, anyone can breakdown and risk it. This was found on Gilt.com, so you have to be a member, but if you are not, let me know your email and I will invite you. It is an amazing website that you can buy amazing brands for discounted prices. Trust me, your gonna love this site.

Trending for Summer

If there is any trend you are going to rock this Summer, please let it be a huge gold watch, with tons of bracelets. Mix and match everything you have, leather, bangles, wooden, chains, you name, just wear it. Sure, sometimes it gets a little exhausting to wear five pounds on your arm, but trust me, it is worth it.

Birthday Week

It is the official Start of my Birthday week, and I wanted to let you all know, nobody's going to be mad if I receive one of the below presents each day. If you need any help with sizes or where to purchase, you just let me know! Thanks so much:

Sunday Splurge

Alright, so first of all, sorry I have hardly posted this week, but it has been super busy with work, social life, and a million other things, but I am back. Also, what in the world has been going on with Blogger lately...it is like it doesn't want me to post. Is anyone else having problems??

Regardless, luckily I am able to share a Sunday Splurge for all you shopaholics. I have been a huge fan of Chambray, as you all have probably guessed, and what better in this material than this blazer. It is the perfect item for your summer wardrobe. Throw it on with a little white dress, a pair of khakis, or even jeans and tank top. It is light casual and simply perfect for right now!

Dumb

So Perez Hilton has decided to not only blog about celebs, their fashion, and now their indiscretions, he is also designing T-shirts. He recently launched one with the popular phrase "Nothing Taste as Good as Thin Feels," a very true statement in my book. However, after receiving much backlash, he released this new version:
Well, I hate it! I say, stick to your guns. I get it, some people can't take a joke, but to release this new, dumb version, that has no humor....hate it.
