You Can't See Me - Camo

Wear Camo, and wear it now. This is another tricky one though, you have to be careful. It can quickly go very hood, and not military chic. This is a perfect, no fail example you can all try. Get a large surplus jacket, pair it with a little sparkle dress, role the sleeves, and throw on a good pair of heels. Perfection.

Out and About - Sequins, Bras, and Champagne

Per the New York nightlife style, I have been going out quite a bit lately, and running into amazing outfits all the while. Loved this sheer Tracy Reese sequin blouse, paired with high waisted Jane jeans, and a great black bra. Seriously, add a glass of champagne....and perfection!

Last night's MTV VMAs were really a bust. This is generally a time when celebs can have a little fun, but this year was just a mess. Here is a recap of the nights nightmares:

Miss Katy was a big old mess, while she did done some big names, Dior and Versace, it was just not working for me. Seemingly she was trying to be Gaga, just the sweet version. 

I know Momma B is preggo, but this was not working for me. 

I do not even know where to look, ended up just looking stupid. 

Kim, Kim, Kim, this is the most unflattering thing I have ever seen you wear. 

Brit, girl you are getting recognized for your amazingness, lets put on a dress. Maybe one that flatters. 

Well, it is not Fall, nor is it a picnic. Not sure what was concept behind this one. 

I mean, what can anyone say about this. 

Generally one of my favs, but Miley was not working it. Just looks sad.

Too Damn Far

First of all, I realize I have been gone for a while, but now that I am a little more settled in the good old NYC, here's to my first post.

This is Krispy Kreme's attempt of being fashionable. Apparently Glamour UK has commissioned the coffee/doughnut house to create these caloric rings of fire in an effort to bridge the gap of fast food and fashion? If you know me at all, you know I am dying right now. I loathe doughnut shops more than anything out there, and to read this makes me pretty upset. I mean, if it's your thing, here's to you, but I am not thinking we need to join fast food and fashion - ever. Outrage. 

I pray this does not make it to the US.
